Extremist Conservative lies on Conservatipedia
“Conservatipedia” sounds just like another web 2.0 site jumping on the bandwagon, and with such a name would obviously be targeted towards a right wing audience. The name simply suggests that it’s a right wing site about politics, perhaps discussing the different ideologies on this side of the political spectrum.
However, if you actually go over to this site, you quickly realise this isn’t a place for moderate Conservatives to air their views, but for far right wing Conservatives, perhaps even Fascists, to indoctrinate their viewing audience with absurd ideas about a number of topics.
I take a quote from one of the articles, entitled “Should atheists be parents?”:
“God is a powerful man and He would never let a child be born into a family that hated Him. These atheists were married by the atheist government, instead of a church. They wanted to take advantage of God’s greatest gift to us, the power to have children, while denying his existence. God doesn’t let atheists have children.”
For starters, this entire idea is absurd. “God doesn’t let atheists have children” is clearly a lie as in secular countries such as the UK, the vast majority of people are atheist, but still have children. One of the comments on the article raises a good point that atheists don’t necessarily hate God, but simply don’t believe in His existence.
God, when He created us (which I do believe), gave mankind free will. He didn’t make us all robots to just walk around doing exactly what He said or wanted. Man was given the free will to decide how he wanted to spend his life and what he wanted to believe. Therefore, people have the choice whether or not they wish to believe in God’s existence. I am fairly sure that the belief in God has no (or very very little) effect over whether you are able to have children.
Another post is entitled “Liberals are Pedophiles”. The whole post rants about how proud liberals and that the reason they want to lower the legal age for sex is because they want to help pedophiles. I wouldn’t class myself as fully liberal as I have some Conservative views, but I prefer left wing economic ideals too. However, this entire idea is idiotic and also quite dangerous IMO.
A further post is called “The Movie Alladin is Islamic Fundamentalist Propoganda”. I’ll tell you what’s propaganda! This entire web site! If it should even be allowed on the net for spreading it’s own fundamentalist lies, then it should be called Fascistipedia, not Conservatipedia. The site preaches hate against practically everyone, whether they are Hindu, Muslim, Liberal, Atheist or anyone else that disagrees with them. It unfairly represents Conservatives and spreads lies about everyone in it’s own attempt to indoctrinate people with fundamentalist views.
My thanks to John Alexander for bringing this site to my attention.
Update: the latest post is called “Atheists are out to get your children”, with a picture of some fat guy in a suit aiming at the camera with his fingers. I haven’t bothered to read the entire article, but the first few lines made me come back here to edit the post. It reads:
“Atheists suffer from the disease of hating life. They hate themselves and blame God for their misery.”
I find it incredibly stupid that someone could write this rubbish. The definition of atheist is someone who doesn’t believe in God. How on earth could they blame something they don’t believe in?!
OK rant officially over ![]()

Wow, I’m no “Political Extremist” or anything, but blaming something you don’t believe in *is* really stupid.
I also like this quote from the Atheists out to get children post:
“Atheists try to use the power of logic and reason to attack a child’s mind and brainwash it for their own selfish purpose.”
Thanks for writing about this amusing fact, Dan

Thank you for taking an interest in my site.
To clear a few things up. God doesn’t let atheists reproduce. 10% of Americans don’t believe in God, and what do you know 10% have troubles reproducing.
And your update. Let me make something very clear for you. It is not possible to not believe in God. Atheists were people that believed in the concept of God, and than were angry, for whatever reason. From than on, they called themselves “atheists”.
All my information is indisputable fact, unlike your conjecture.
Thanks again for your interest. You may enjoy my new article, Man of the Year: Karl Rove.

In the UK, most people are atheist. However, most still have children.
This clearly disproves your point.
And for your info, I would class myself as a Christian.

Well, it’s patently obvious that Conservatipedia doesn’t understand what the words “indisputable” and “fact” mean. That’s clear from reading their headlines, and it’s clear from the defense here.
10 % of Americans are atheists, and 10 % have reproductive difficulty? I’d love to see where these numbers came from (conservative lie method #1 - make stuff up). More to the point, even if this were true, the fact that the numbers are the same does not at all mean that they describe identical sections of a country with 300,000,000 people.
That statement is as idiotic as saying that 99 % of violent criminals in prison drank milk as children, ergo milk turns people into cold blooded killers.
Funny how in China and India, Christianity is a minority religion, but these 2 countries account for almost half the world’s population. I guess they must be importing babies from Vatican City.

Conservatipedia appears to be a feeble attempt at satire. And, as I posted on his/her site, more originality is required.

I’m with Stardust. This has to be satire, and weak at that. There’s no way anyone could rant that incoherently and be serious, even if it’s based on religion and conservative viewpoints.

Wow thats stupid, btw before the page could finish loading my school filter blocked it…
“Atheists were people that believed in the concept of God, and than were angry, for whatever reason. From than on, they called themselves “atheists”.”
- This is COMPLETE BS!
i would class my self as a atheist for the simple reason i find it unbeliveable that a almighty being created us, thats my view and that of many others.
I have never belived in god and have always found it illogical to do so (i DO NOT hate those who do).
You (Conservatipedia) are the kind of person who give the religious a bad name.

I do get the sense that its satire.
